This Cash Settlement Calculation tool will help investors to understand how cash settlement amount is calculated at last trading day. In addition, investor can simulate net profit & loss when hold position until maturity and exercise the right compared with sell DW immediately.

Calculation of Cash Settlement:

The cash settlement per unit of Call Derivative Warrants shall be calculated by the DW Issuer as follows:
In the event that the Reference Price is higher than the Exercise Price, the cash settlement amount shall be equal to the difference between the Reference Price and the Exercise price, multiplied by the Exercise Ratio per unit applicable at that time. In other cases, it shall be deemed that the cash settlement equals to THB 0.

The cash settlement per unit of Put Derivative Warrants shall be calculated by the DW Issuer as follows:
In the event that the Reference Price is lower than the Exercise Price, the cash settlement amount shall be equal to the difference between the Exercise Price and the Reference Price, multiplied by the Exercise Ratio per unit applicable at that time. In other cases, it shall be deemed that the cash settlement equals to THB 0.

Note
  1. (1) “Reference Price” is closing price of underlying ordinary shares of last trading day.
  2. (2) “Net Cash Settlement” will be paid within five (5) business days after Maturity date (or Exercise Date)”
  3. (3) In Cash Settlement Simulation, assume zero exercise expense.
